Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS — A LA CARTE FLORALS

Cancellations made more than 21 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Once your order leaves our premises, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges after fulfilment.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at bonjour@studiofoliage.com within 12 hours of receipt with a description and photo documentation. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accommodated. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will offer a partial refund at our discretion.

STUDIO-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

In the rare event that Studio Foliage must cancel an order, you will be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund to your original payment method.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are non-refundable.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Studio Foliage is not responsible for delays or failures caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. In these cases, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
