Light conditions: This plant prefers bright direct and indirect light, rotate periodically to keep its shape. If you notice leaf burning move the plant away from direct sunlight. This plant can tolerate medium light but will not flower without sufficient lighting.
Watering: Allow the top two-three inches of the soil to thoroughly dry out between waterings. Be careful not to overwater. Hoya is extremely drought-tolerant, and it is most important to water more frequently while the plant is blooming.
During the winter months, the soil can be allowed to almost completely dry out.
Humidity: Medium to high humidity levels is ideal.
GOOD TO KNOW
If your plants were shipped to you, unwrap them and remove wood shavings from soil (if any). They maybe thirsty, so give 'em a drink of water if needed
Did you know we treat our plants with beneficial mites and insects to keep away the baddies? Even though, we still recommend keeping new plants isolated for ~7 days to monitor for pests, regardless of where they're from.
Whether you live around the corner or across the country, moving is stressful for plants. Don't be alarmed by leaf loss, browning or yellowing, or a little light wear & tear! Please don't repot or fertilise for at least two weeks to avoid stressing plants out further. This will compromise our 14 day guarantee.
If you suspect something's not quite right with your new plant bébé, reach out to email@example.com with the details and a photo within 14 days. We'll make it right!
